Common Sense Demands You Are Immediately Worth 3 Million

Self esteem. Self worth. This is the single greatest leverage point for lasting success.

It’s also (usually) the main thing holding you back.

Believe in yourself.

If you don’t feel you are worthy, you won’t be.

You won’t allow yourself to charge what you’re worth, experience joy in a relationship, or even the happiness of a beautiful day.

You’ll believe you have to pay for what you get with your blood, sweat and tears. So you’ll live a life of stress, overwhelm, and pain.

When you don’t have certainty in your worth, your question isn’t “How good can it get…”

No.

You’ll ask…how much must I give up?

So you’ll sacrifice and sacrifice.

And that’s just the start…

If you don’t value yourself, you don’t value others.

If you don’t value yourself, you’ll live off balance – fighting to stand every minute. If you don’t value yourself, you won’t have the confidence to ask for what you want and get it.

If you don’t value yourself, you won’t lead from a place of love and empathy. Your EQ will be marginal. People will feel like tokens to trade instead of partners in a vision.

The impact of valuing yourself (and not valuing yourself) is HUGE. I’ve only mentioned a small handful.

And still… self worth is a lifelong process for most of us.

So let’s talk about comparison.

Often, especially if you’re an entrepreneur, you’ll find yourself comparing. You’ll find yourself “studying” Facebook, Instagram and other social media. Watching the highlight reel of what other (awesome, sexy, successful) people are doing.

And your head will go…

I should do that.

Why am I not doing that?

I need to do more of that.

Or… how are they succeeding? How are they pulling that off? How come their life is so perfect and I’m so stuck?

We all compare on one level or another.

And…

It’s a sign that we still haven’t reached the point where we KNOW we’re enough. Just as we are.

Where we KNOW that we don’t have a thing to prove or defend.

That place of surrender – of knowing – is the place of beautiful AUTHENTIC creation.

Where you create YOUR path. Where you step into YOUR leadership role. Where you sing YOUR song.

Instead of parroting the song of others – pretending like it’s yours.

So many “leaders” out there are creating clones. Calling people leaders – while forcing them into a system that mimics themselves.

Sometimes that’s a good next step, as people become aware and start to take responsibility.

But it’s not the end destination. Because most of the time?

You have got to find YOU. To not just be ok with you, but madly engaged, excited and appreciative of YOU. Of what makes you DIFFERENT and UNIQUE.

What makes you POWERFUL.

(Hint – it’s you not giving a sh*t and creating like a madman).

You are worth millions.

I’m reminded of a few accidents I’ve heard about.

A woman lost her eyesight.

A man, his legs.

A brain injury that left talking impossible.

An explosion that caused instant deafness.

And I’m curious…

How many of you would exchange your eyes for a million dollars?

No more sunrises or smiles. No more mountains or bare beauty.

Or maybe your legs?

Would you give your legs for a million?

No more running in the grass. Or strolling down a winding trail.

Or your ability to talk.

Or think.

Or hear.

Or have sex.

Any takers?

I didn’t think so.

Some things that we take for granted each and every day are worth more than the money and lifestyle we stress over.

And we don’t stop to remember the truth. To get the reality of our starting point.

You are a miracle.

The fact that you’re here?

It’s enough truth, power and amazingness for you to stop apologizing for your existence. To stop questioning your path. And to stop apologizing for your dreams.

And start living.

The only leader you need to find is the leader who already has, by divine nature, the resources that matter. The resources that equip you far beyond what kind of car you drive, where you live, and how much you earn…

The only leader you need to find is you.
